After seeing a need for affordable homes that fall short for what they believe our community deserves, Brennan Connally and Chance Beasley have combined their Award Winning experience to provide quality construction and tasteful design to the speculative home market.
Brennan Connally brings a legacy to home building that is second to none. As a second-generation home builder, Brennan continues that legacy of producing some of the area’s finest homes nearly 35 years after his father became a builder. Brennan has served as the Texas Panhandle Builders Association President and has been active on various committees for the Texas Association of Builders (TAB). Brennan received the TPBA Builder of the Year Award in 2019 and 2020. In 2019, he also received the TAB Excellence Under 45 Award.
Chance Beasley has been building homes in the Amarillo and Canyon Metro for over 10 years and has been in the construction industry for almost 20 years. Chance served as the 2022 President of the Texas Panhandle Builders Association and also serves on committees for the Texas Association of Builders. Chance received the TPBA Builder of the Year Award in 2021.
